Americans Will Need A Passport

No matter what sort of passport problem you might encounter, online passport services provide easy solutions. For example, damaged passports are not an uncommon problem. It’s not rare for someone to show up at the airport with a passport that’s too damaged and the customs agent denies them from traveling. It gets very difficult, because there are no set criteria for how damaged a passport can be and still be acceptable. So if you have a passport that is looking a little worn, go online and look into getting an expedited replacement.

Ciudad Universitaria de Caracas

The Ciudad Universitaria de Caracas is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an absolutely great place to explore. The campus was designed by and is considered the master work of the architect Carlos Raul Villanueva, the most prominent architect in all of Venezuela. In addition, you’ll find the works of several other artists spread out all over campus as well.

National Pantheon

The National Pantheon is considered by many residents to be the most meaningful building in all of Caracas. Before it was the burial place for Venezuela’s most influential citizens, it was a church. Now it’s the resting place of the famous visionary and national hero, Simon Bolivar. Simon Bolivar was the man who led several Central and South American countries to independence against the Spanish, including Venezuela. Afterwards, he created a union of independent countries he called Gran Colombia. While you’re in the area, check out Plaza Bolivar, another interesting and historically relevant place to explore.

Avila National Park

There are many places in Caracas to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the city. The Parque del Este is a good spot. It’s a beautiful park and even features a little zoo and a planetarium. The Jardin Botanico, which was initiated in 1944, is another favorite and contains 2000 species of plants. One of the flat-out best spots is Avila National Park, a beautiful mountainous area to the north of the city. Visitors can take a cable car to the top of Mt.
