US Citizens
Travel documents are only issued to citizens or non-citizen nationals who have a permanent allegiance to the United States. Expediting services can only hand-deliver a specific number of applications each day. If you submit your application late in the day, you may need to wait an additional day or find another expediter to help you. As soon as you realize you will need to travel, start the application process.
