Samsung ML 1750 – Small Size, Big Output

Samsung ML 1750 and Samsung ML 1750 Toner combo is a small sized (21 lbs) but big output digital monochrome cassette-type laser printer. It is fast, printing at 16 pages per minute (17 ppm for letter size). The processor is a 166MHz GDI PCL 6 that acts as a powerful driver of print and graphics. Large printing jobs are no problem for the ML-1750, with eight megabytes of memory.

The print quality is 1200 X 600 dots per inch (dpi), producing razor-sharp resolution. Features included for user convenience are: high-speed USB 2.0 connectivity; IEEE 1284 parallel connectivity; support for Windows 98, ME, 2000, and XP operating systems; support of Mac 8.6 OS, and a number of Linux operating system configurations. The unit works with external network adaptors for workgroup expansion.

Paper handling is courtesy of a jam-proof 250-sheet feeder. A manual slot is provided for single sheet feeds and a multi-page slot with a 50 sheet capacity is also provided. The unit comes boxed with a starter Samsung ML 1750 Toner cartridge, instructions, drivers and warranty card.

Samsung ML-1750 toner is specially formulated for cassette-type printers. Cassette-type printers use a fabric ink ribbon. A multifilament is used for the warp. The ink is forced into the ribbon at high pressure, disturbing the multifilament warp in the manner of the requested letter or symbol.
